SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN - ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, project
management and design consultancy
Implement Company policy.
Plan and manage project resources.
Undertake career planning and arrange for effective mentoring and
training of employees under your direction.
Oversee compliance with Company’s Quality Management System.
Oversee compliance with Health and Safety practices by those under
your direction.
Lead and promote design excellence within the business.
Delivery of sustainable solutions where practicable.
Prepare and manage planning applications
Confidently run multiple projects at various stages from concept
through design,
procurement, construction contract administration and handover with
the assistance of
Director involvement.
Adopt appropriate design philosophy and develop concept design.
Prepare and review designs and design documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
Have a recognised accredited qualification
Be a Member of RIAI.
8 years experience, preferably in a consulting role(s).
Have a track record in project delivery.
Be proficient in the application of Building Regulations.
Possess good technical, communication and management skills.
Possess commercial astuteness in terms of understanding and managing
project
budgets.
Have the ability to prepare high-quality project reports.
Be committed to CPD.
